A $300 deposit is required to book your reservation. The balance of the rental payment must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to scheduled arrival, along with a security deposit of $100 for short-term rentals, and a pro-rated amount for long term rentals. The deposit will be refunded after your stay, once the unit has been inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition, and the rental conditions have been met. Cancellation of short-term rentals at least forty (40) days prior to scheduled arrival, and long term rentals at least sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival, will receive a full refund, minus a one hundred dollar ($100) processing fee. Cancellations with less than the required notice will forfeit the deposit.

Utilities (gas, electricity, cable, local and long-distance telephone, wireless internet) are all included in the posted rates. Mid-rental cleaning of the unit is available for an additional fee.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED in the rental unit or on the resort grounds.
The maximum occupancy of the condo is six (6) persons, including children.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
A receipt, an invoice and a rental information package will be sent to you in a timely manner before your scheduled arrival.
